What a joke...
Dec. 13th, 2007 11:16 amI got the call yesterday afternoon, that everyone at the Vivion Rd location was to report to work as normal (yeah right). I got the call this morning we still didn't have power at that location, so I'm at our Hyundai dealership not doing much. I loaded our parts catalog software on my laptop and we were using that for a while. The PC that Ron (Mitsubishi parts manager) was using yesterday wouldn't load the software so I had to fix that this morning when I got here. Now, at least, we have two computers that we can work with. Power isn't expected to be restored at our store until tomorrow afternoon, if we're lucky. I feel like a stranger in a strange land, and customers are pissed that we can't get them parts now.
